When a person or family visits New York, there are a number of iconic tourist attractions to visit like the Statue of Liberty and Broadway where a number of Broadway shows are always running day and night. One of the interesting things about the actors and musical artists that populate the shows on Broadway is that they all seem to have a credit on their resume for having acted in "Law & Order." Since the show was always filmed locally in the city and needed a significant number of supporting cast members, the casting director usually looked to Broadway actors for talent choices.
