Groupon Sues Two Former Employees  - Details

Two people who used to work at group couponing site, Groupon, have recently been sued by that company because they apparently left Groupon to go to the Groupon clone site Google Offers. After Google was unable to acquire Groupon the search engine giant decided to launch their own version of a group deals website and Groupon is so infuriated that it decided to sue two of the former employees. The two employees are being sued for stealing trade secrets according to the documents pertaining to the case. It is important to note that Groupon is also suing Google itself.
