A recent survey of vacancy rates in various major urban centers such as Chicago, London and Los Angeles has revealed that vacancies are at their lowest rates ever. For example, the vacancy rate in Washington D.C. has fallen to only sixteen percent and the percentage of available vacancies overall in that area has fallen by an astounding thirty percent.
